“the air conditioner is too noisy at night.”

“The first room they gave me it looked like something had happened because there was blood on the curtains. It was also very dirty and it looked like someone tried to break in. The desk chair at the table was broken and was just taped that I took 178 pictures and went downstairs. The front desk changed my room. I took a few pictures and went downstairs and asked what would I get charged for and they said nothing. I was told my Akron at 4pm. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a frozen……

“The room was clean, but the hotel did have a slight smell. The breakfast was decent, but nothing extra.”

“They got me booked for the wrong date and would not refund my money even though 10 minutes after making the reservation I saw the confirmation email and called them and Expedia to cancel..no exceptions..they kept my money and called me a no show”

“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”

“Room was clean but hallway & premiss trashy! Curtains wouldn’t close only had the sheet ones so headlights in wi die all hours. Tv didn’t work.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I walked into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and the area outside the room smelled heavily of marijuana. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially while traveling alone. The property did not match my expectations based on the listing, so I decided to leave immediately without staying the night. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall environment for future guests. The front desk staff……

“Clean comfortable space to come back to after a long day. No AC but the provided fans were helpful. Very nice kitchen and dining area. Nice space to hang out at either next to creek or by your front door. The front staff were very welcoming and helpful.”

“This was a bargain stay, at a no frills place. NO ELEVATOR! After a 17 hour travel day, that about did us in. The room was clean, the pillows were old, the sheets were comfy. Be aware, next to the hotel, there is some type of plant, or manufacturing/metal grinding? going on. The noise went on all night. We travel with earplugs, so we still got some sleep. Just your basic hotel. No major complaints.”

“This room works but I have to say, the photos for what your room looks like are quite misleading and I do truly feel like I overpaid because of this. The location is great. Right within walking distance from brewery, Mexican and BBQ places, and an awesome pinball arcade. Also, No staff was ever seen or in contact with us during our stay. Im not picky. I didn't mind the room, but I feel like these guys may need to include some pictures of the actual room your going to be staying in……

“The Room is OK about what I expect from super eight but being right off the highway had a lot of early action and the rooms were noisy. plenty of coffee toast and waffles bed was pretty good. about what I expected and needed for the price”

“Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night.”
